No. 5 Northern Bedford upended No. 4 Meyersdale 45-24 in the District 5 team tournament quarterfinals Thursday night.

While the teams from the Bedford Gazette coverage area not named Chestnut Ridge were not in the hunt for the team title, 14 wrestlers from those schools placed at the tournament including a runner-up.
Northern Bedford had five place, Everett had four, Bedford had three, and HOPE for Hyndman and Tussey Mountain each had one. Ridge had 10 place.
